L5R Card – Daigotsu Gyoken, Fallen

Daigotsu Gyoken is a Spider Clan Samurai from the new Legend of the Five Rings set Coils of Madness. This is the first experienced personality I’ve gotten to work on. For those who don’t play L5R this means that this is a “leveled up” version of a pre-exhisting character. What was unique about this version of Gyoken was that he had fallen into madness and lost control of the taint of the shadowland upon him. Naturally this was right up my alley! 😉

The original was done in oil paint and measures 18″ x 24.”
