The Hávamál Project – Day 39, verse 106

Today’s verse bring us to part 2 in the tale of “Odin and the Mead of Poetry.” And as you can see by the image things take a bit of a sexy turn. In case you missed part 1: http://www.fatefulsigns.com/havamal/#/verse-104/

After borrowing through the mountain in to the giant Suttung’s hall, Odin sneaks into the giant’s daughter’s room and woos her. After that he gets the daughter, Gunnloth, to give him all the magic mead. Then Odin tunes into an eagle and flies away!
